Jules Verne’s Fun Travels

Verne carries us through his remarkable journeys to unknown worlds which were undiscovered during his time. In his five novels, Verne combines science fiction and narrative genius to transport his reader through his gentle characters who cross the African continent in a hot air balloon. Then they travel around the world in 80 days to start a new journey, land on the moon, sink into the earth or dive to the bottom of the sea. Jules Verne’s inventions and journeys were inspired from the time of his generation, which is the 18th century, where scientific discoveries were flourishing at the time. He narrates them in his lively and exuberant style, in addition to his broad scientific imagination.
